I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed School Counselor (SCL) with 16 years
of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. My background as a middle and
high school counselor gives me a deep understanding of the challenges young people
face—academic pressures, peer and family relationships, identity development, and preparing
for the future.
I specialize in helping teens manage anxiety, school-related stress, and life transitions, while
also supporting parents in advocating for their child’s needs, including navigating Section 504
plans and educational accommodations. While my primary focus is teens, I also enjoy working
with adults seeking guidance for stress, self-confidence, and personal growth.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s needs. I integrate
solution-focused strategies, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and social-emotional learning to
help clients identify strengths, set goals, and overcome obstacles.
I have dedicated my career to helping young people thrive during critical developmental years. I

tools, individuals of all ages can overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.
